Buying in Italy – worth bothering?
I was hoping I could get transport too but that might not be an option so der Vaterland might be the only place to look!
Buying in Italy – worth bothering?
Advice on Euro Trip
5 Days => Cork-Rosslare-Pembroke-Portsmouth-Folkstone-Calais-Nancy-Grimsel Pass-Airolo-Florence-Salerno
5 Days => R&R in Salerno with some spins around.

So, I reckon 300-400 miles a day should get me there in 5 days and same coming back. I have the pegs lowered on the Busa so comfort isn’t too bad. But I’m wondering is 400 miles too much to be aiming for(i.e. tiredness). I’ll be on my own so I wont be in any rush and can break up the days with as many stops as I want. Most of France will be motorway miles until I get to the Alps and I’ll go over the pass so I’ll reduce the miles on that day.
Is this do-able? Any advice would be appreciated lads. I’m in the process of looking into hotels and breakdown cover/insurance etc….
I just reckon if I don’t do it now I’ll never do it. Time to start living and all that.

looking for 2 x foot passenger Sat 12th Douglas to Liverpool can anyone help?
Very long story short!! We are now able to get over to the TT for a couple of days, but can’t secure the return ferry journey on the Saturday.
Steam packet advise that we should be able to get on standby if we book a return ticket.
We can’t risk not getting home on the Saturday and so need to confirm our seats. The hotel is available but not for long,
Can anyone help please? We are 2 married old f****, who now sadly are minus bike but have mobility scooter will travel!!!
If anyone has 2 return foot passenger tickets that they have to sell please contact.

First time out on the SXV at Mondello
The brakes are nuts! The throttle is literally a light switch and the front grip is mental. Much more torque than I thought it had too, made the short track a right laugh. Loads of feedback from the tyres too.
It is a bit tough to hang onto when the front is trying to slap itself silly on the bumps on the straight but after the first session I stopped holding on so hard after my arms pumped up and then it was a bit easier. Jumping from the Ape to the GSXR, all the forces are reversed. The tough part on the arms is braking on the Suzook, where with the sumo, it’s hanging on during acceleration.
Good job by the novices. I’ll be moving up a group next time on the national but might stay with the novices if it’s on the international.
Here’s a vid….2 laps mashed from 3 POVs over 3 laps so the bikes ahead kinda jump around, meeh. Nice moment at 2:04…
Tdm 850 owners….a question……
If any of you have a minute to spare, could you fill out my short survey?:D
Its only a couple of questions and takes about a minute. I would really appreciate it!! Myself and another two lads had to do a college design project. I know there are new rules for pre injection racing in 2016 that states engine covers are required, so we drew up a quick design for a cover for a cbr600f. We had hoped to put more effort into it and make a proper cover but the 3 of us also work full time so we only had a few hours to spare!
Thanks in advance!

And one more question, I ride a Sportster 883 (1997), and I was told that the Sportster is an A2 machine. I believe it is an A machine and would have to be restricted to be an A2, even with the power to weight ratio, am I correct.
Thanks for the help, looking forward to getting to know the community! :thumbsup2:
