Went to local garage to check the pressure of tyres as they are both loosing a bit from week to week went to get change as you have to pay for air and water these days . get back to scooter and see how close this cager parks to me . so I wait and he strolls along and I say could you park any closer what the fook . Sorry man I just wasnt thinking muppet

stubborn bolts

Trying to get the valve cover off the GSX, these two b******s are starting to round off.

They were both smeared with copper grease last time.
Tried putting all my weight on the rear one while turning but it still kept slipping out and the front is a real pig to get to.

What are my options short of having to take the engine out and drilling?

BMW cagey on Michael Dunlop split

BMW Motorrad UK have neither confirmed nor denied they have split with 11-time TT winner Michael Dunlop but said an expanded programme of racing support will be announced in the near future.

MJ Farrell rumoured to be Dunlop’s sponsor for this years Macau Grand Prix

Dunlop said at the weekend he wouldn’t be with the manufacturer in 2015 and had other options for the International Road races next year.

“BMW Motorrad UK will be expanding its race programme in the UK and Ireland for 2015. This programme of racing activity will include a concentrated effort towards winning the British Superbike Championship while also providing a strong defence of the International road race victories of 2014,”


said a particularly evasive and ambiguous statement from the BMW press centre

Thunderbird Lowering Kit

Has anyone any experience of lowering a pre 2004 Triumph Thunderbird 900?

Have sourced reasonably priced kit available from UK manufacturer, just wondering if doing this would have knock-on effects for handling etc. I need to knock at least an inch off the seat height.
