Triumph Chopper

Triumph Chopper

Here’s another one of mine that I sold 25 yrs ago and just came back to me.

Really nice period piece from the 70’s built with the chopper stuff that was available back then. I rode this thing all over the place back in the day and always regretted selling it

I just got it running again so happy days

Considering a 1989 Yamaha XV

Considering a 1989 Yamaha XV

Hi all,

New to bikes and am looking at this Yamaha XV from Classic Bikes and Bits in Walkinstown. Looking to go down the bobber route.

2 questions:

1) As a bike are the XV a reliable bike and are there any know issues with them I should be aware of?

2) Are Classic Bikes and Bits a known/established trader or should they be avoided?

Thanks.

Does she need new shoes?

Does she need new shoes?

Lads I’m looking for a bit of help. I’m fairly new to biking and picked up my first bike yesterday. The guy I bought if off said it was rarely used. The tires look like new but are very hard. A mate who is into bikes says they may need changing if the bike has been sitting unused for around 12 months.

Anyone shed a bit of light on this?

Panhead Chop

Panhead Chop

First ever hardtail Chop.

’52 Panhead motor,Paughco frame.

Few mixed vintage HD bits throughout, but mostly ‘custom’ bits.

It’s got an interesting history too.

Currently a non runner, but I’m sure it’s only through idleness for a few years.

Hopefully I’ll have it sorted easily enough, condition wise,it looks better in the photos than it really is.:thumbsup2:
